Studio
I am currently in the process of moving the studio to Worthington, OH. Thus, I am not booking before July 2011.
Tips for bands that want to record with me:
• Know your songs. It is not my job to edit your songs into a usable state and if we have to do so you will be charged accordingly. If, in the engineer's opinion, the band cannot play the song satisfactorily, the band will be asked to leave the studio and return when you have better prepared and you will be billed for half a day for the engineer's time ($100). Your songs should be completely written before you enter the studio.
• Drummers: YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PLAY TO A CLICK TRACK OR I WILL NOT RECORD YOU. Your heads should be new and properly tuned if you want any chance of your natural drum tones being used on the song. Guitarists and bassists: new strings are a necessity. Please make sure your guitar is properly intonated.

The studio rate is $200/song or $35/hr. This "per song" price is for a 10 hour block. Any hour over 10 will be billed at $35/hr and if you finish in under 10 hours that time is put towards the mix/master. Mixing and mastering is included in the price after the song has been tracked (drums, bass, guitar and vocals completely finished). Full payment is required before any rough or test mixes will be given out. Please inquire for full album or EP rates.
Every band who records with me will have to sign a contract agreeing to these terms.
